Handmade & Unique Nature of Products

• Artisan Variation: Because all products are individual, handcrafted creations, slight variations in texture, color, pattern placement, stitching, size, or overall finish are natural features of the work and are not considered defects or errors.
• Color Display: We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Customer Responsibility: For custom or personalized items, you are responsible for providing accurate details, spelling, colors, and dimensions at the time of purchase.
• Proof Approval: If a design proof is sent prior to production, production will begin only after receiving your written approval. Delays in approval will extend processing times.
• Order Modifications: Once production on a custom or personalized item has commenced, no alterations, cancellations, or modifications can be made.

Production Times & Shipping

• Processing & Lead Times: Standard ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3 business days. Custom or handmade-to-order items require a processing time of 7 to 10 business days before shipment.
• Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery times are provided by carrier services and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or customs clearance delays.
